Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients into the slow cooker. Stir until pumpkin is completely covered.
  2. Cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours or on LOW for 6-8 hours.
  3. After it has cooked, puree the mix until smooth using a stick/immersion blender using the bald attachment. Keep warm until ready to serve.
  4. Garnish with coconut cream and pepper.

If you are looking to make this more Keto friendly, you could use this as a side dish over using it as the main dish.
